Due to the nature of our products (food items), we cannot accept returns on spices once they have been delivered to ensure the health and safety of our customers.

Evidence: To process a replacement or refund for damaged goods, please include a photo of the item and the packaging in your email.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us regarding any order issues. Since we do not accept physical returns of food products, we will handle exchanges for damaged or incorrect items by shipping out a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
